Terms of sale

Draft — have a UAE lawyer review before publishing.

1. Who you are buying from

iCellHub is a trading brand of Aashir Mobiles Trading L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Commercial Licence 1260951, TRN [TRN], registered address M-20 Al-Zarooni Building near Mount Royal Hotel Banyaas, Deira, Dubai UAE.. Your contract of sale is with Aashir Mobiles Trading L.L.C.

2. Our products

We sell genuine handsets, accessories and related electronics. Many of our handsets are genuine units manufactured for markets other than the UAE and imported by us. Where that is the case, the product page states the market variant and model number before you buy, and states that the unit carries the iCellHub warranty rather than the manufacturer’s UAE warranty.

We are not an authorised reseller of, distributor for, or otherwise affiliated with any manufacturer. Manufacturer names and model numbers are used only to identify the products we sell.

3. Prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5%. Delivery is charged separately where it applies and is shown before you pay. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout. Cash on delivery may not be offered above a certain order value.

6. Delivery, returns and warranty

Set out in our Delivery and returns policy and our Warranty policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UAE law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
