Every handset is packed with its IMEI recorded and printed on the invoice inside the box. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive delivery and may be asked for ID.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order before dispatch, for any reason, at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 571 6630 and we refund you in full.
Returns
Unopened handsets
Return an unopened, factory-sealed handset within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The seal must be intact and all original contents present.
Opened handsets
Once a handset has been opened and activated we can no longer sell it as new, so we cannot accept a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights below.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If a handset is faulty, arrives damaged, or does not match its description or the images on the product page, return it at our cost for a repair, replacement or refund. This applies whether or not the box has been opened, and is not limited to 14 days.
That includes the market variant. If a product page says a handset is a UK unit and you receive something else, that is a mismatch and we will put it right.
Accessories
Unopened accessories can be returned within 14 days. Opened accessories only if faulty.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving the return. Instalment orders are refunded through the provider, who adjusts or cancels the remaining payments.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law and does not limit them.
